Your details, kept simple

Who I am. This site is run by Jake Avery, trading as Jake Systems Uplift.

What I collect. Only what you type into a form: your name, business, email, phone (if you give it), your message and your check score.

Why. To reply to you about your enquiry. That's it. I don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it's kept. Form answers are stored by Netlify, who host this site, and in my email. They're kept for as long as we're talking, and deleted within 12 months if we don't end up working together.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you at any time, using the form on the home page. If you're not happy, you can complain to the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies. This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.
